Do I need to attend East Bay Calvary Church?

No. This is a community invitation. Whether you attend church regularly or are simply coming with a friend, you’re welcome. The evening includes a Christian message from our main speaker.

What’s on the dinner menu?

Our menu includes roast beef with au jus, pulled pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, tossed salad, rolls, and your choice of cherry cheesecake or apple crisp. Beverages are included. Please contact our team about allergies or dietary needs before purchasing.

Can I bring my children?

The 2026 event welcomed guests ages seven and older. The team will confirm the next event’s age requirements, family seating, and any childcare arrangements before tickets go on sale.

What should I wear, and where do I park?

Casual clothing and outdoor attire are a natural fit for the evening. The team should confirm parking, entrance instructions, and accessibility details before registration opens.

How do the gun drawings work?

Gun drawings are part of both evenings. Final prizes, entry details, age requirements, and applicable eligibility and transfer rules will be published with registration. Contact the banquet team with specific questions.

Can our group sit together?

Ask about group seating before booking. The team will confirm how seating requests work, along with ticket transfer and refund policies, before registration opens.
